FINAL PROVISIONS

Principals interested in the Agent's services must complete a special form on the website. When placing an order, the Principal must provide their UID, ID, Server ID, Zone ID, Email of the game account for which the Digital Service is being purchased, as well as the required amount of game currency or items.

3.2.

The Agent's activities are carried out in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any claims, disputes, or formal appeals will be considered solely in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures specified under Singaporean law.

3.3.

The Agent is not liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by users or third parties, as well as for any loss of profit arising from the use, inability to use, or results of using the website.

3.4.

The terms of this Privacy Policy may be amended by the Agent unilaterally at its discretion.
